Diet Tips – Socially Acceptable Homeopathic HCG

Sticking to the homeopathic HCG diet’s strict rules and guidelines is often easier when dieters stick close to home. They can easily control what food is available. They can cook for themselves; being aware of how the food is prepared. This means that many homeopathic HCG dieters avoid social gatherings where they have to relinquish this control.
I call it hermit dieting and I have to say that it works for me. It works for a lot of people. But it’s not for everyone. Many dieters view the hermit diet as…well, boring!
Is it boring? Yes, it is absolutely boring. And for many…the “boring” aspect of the hermit dieting kills it as a possibility. So how do they solve the problem?
Many homeopathic HCG dieters are getting social with their dieting. Why not? So many people are on the diet that it’s getting easier and easier to stick to it in the midst of a group setting. You just have to choose your group and not let yourself end up in a group that has different nutritional goals than you do.
So exactly how do you go about getting social on HCG? Throw an HCG party! Invite several friends you know that are on the diet (you’d be surprised how many people you know on the diet once you let word slip that you’re aware of it and on it yourself). Have everyone bring a HCG approved meal to share. Everyone only gets a taste. Make sure everyone only brings one serving.
If everyone brings one serving no one can overeat. There’s exactly enough food at the party for everyone to have one HCG approved meal. And you have just successfully enjoyed a social setting! And you’ve probably discovered a few new HCG approved recipes that you can now enjoy. You’ve sat back, relaxed and enjoyed time with friends without having to be afraid that you’ll slip up and eat something that will mess up the next morning’s weigh in!
The HCG party is just one idea for getting social. And it’s pretty literal. If that doesn’t work for you just get online and take advantage of one of the many social media sites that have areas dedicated to groups dieting and discussing dieting ,etc. It can be very helpful; especially if hermit dieting just isn’t your style!
